published at www.idra.org over a year ago and I was overwhelmed by the power of his words. He made such good sense. You will be particularly interested in his discussion about valued parent leadership. It may not be the person leading the parent council meeting who is the actual leader.

Our show this week will centre around Aurelio’s experiences working with parents in all types of families. His exemplary work with Latino families serves as a model for any school, parent group to follow.
