Reading the Handbook
The HANDBOOK has been created in Portable Document Format (PDF).
In order to open the handbook, you require the free Adobe Acrobat Reader in a recent version on your computer, either: Version 7.0 ; Version 8.0 or greater.
This program provides a screen reader that will open the handbook and allow you to read and print the handbook.
If you do not have Adobe Acrobat Reader in a recent version on your computer, you may obtain your free copy by selecting the Download link below. If you are not sure whether Adobe Acrobat Reader is already installed on your computer, simply try to open the Handbook. If the Handbook does not open, you require the free Reader as explained above.
It is recommended that you download and save the handbook to your computer.
If you have the free Reader and the Handbook still does not open, the version that you have on your computer may be outdated and the Download link will ensure that you have the latest version.
Viewing the web site videos
The program and handbook videos have been created as Flash movies. To view the videos you require Flash Player 9. You may obtain your free copy by selecting the Download link below. The Teaching mass videohas been prepared as a streaming movie and requires Quicktime player to view. You will be guided through the download process when you click the "play video" link displayed in the handbook.
